Opidex OPA Solution is a high-level disinfectant with excellent efficacy, safety & convenience. It is designed for re-processing heat sensitive semi-critical medical devices that are un-suitable for sterilization. This highly reusable and compatible OPA disinfectant has the fastest infection disinfection time (5 minutes) at room temperature. It can be used manually or in an automated endoscope re processor (AER).
SURGISPON®
SURGISPON Absorbable Haemostatic Gelatin Sponge
is a quick and effective haemostatic which stops bleeding fast. It reduces intra operative bleeding and surgery time. SURGISPON is non-toxic, non-allergenic, non-immunogenic, and non- pyrogenic. SURGISPON’ is already gamma-sterilized, and thus does not need to be reserialized. It is available in a convenient, ready to tear sterile blister/envelope, SURGISPON® unlike many haemostatic agents, does not require special storage conditions. The uniform porosity of SURGISPON* guarantees a favorable haemostasias. When implanted in vivo, it is completely absorbed within 3-4 weeks, with no residue and no encapsulation.

The art of Shock-wave! The modulith SLK is based on a revolutionary new design ti features a medium-sized shock wave source that is mounted to a flexible, easy-to-move articulated arm and offers a wide energy range for all indications of shack wave therapy. Thanks to its exceptional flexibility, the MODULITH SLK is also ideal for interdisciplinary use. Shock wave therapy spans a wide spectrum of applications, from urology and orthopedics’ up to store disintegration in gastroenterology and otorhinolaryngology. The medium-sized shock ware source is mounted to a flexible therapy arm and enables easy and intuitive positioning. The therapy head can be adjusted directly in treatment position according to the patient’s specific anatomy.
HYPHO 35W HOLMIUM LASER
2.1 µm radiation of the HyPHo system is strongly absorbed by water and tissue. Minimal penetration, less than 0.5mm, ensures safe tissue ablation. The laser operates only in pulsed mode. When it operates with short pulse duration, it is highly effective in the fragmentation of calculi and in the hard tissue ablation. When it operates in long pulse duration it is highly effective in cutting soft tissue providing excellent haemostasias and coagulation. Thanks to its high water absorption the application in a hydrous solution environment is intrinsically safe.
Four operative modes are available: Ablation, Coagulation, Fragmentation mode, Dusting mode. Tens of preset protocols are included in the software. Fragmentation mode with shorter pulses ensures excellent stone fragmentation especially for harder stones. especially for harder stones.
Dusting mode with longer pulses ensures:
- minimized stone migration;
- smaller fragment production avoiding the need for basket extraction reducing
- the total time of the procedure
reduced laser fiber burn back.
